The start of the Staggered Jog year has commenced well with 22 runners turning up to take part. Out of the 18 runners who gained 12 mth PB’s, there were 10 instances where increases in their PBs were recorded.

Congratulations for winning this month’s Candlesticks goes to Mark Bennett with an improvement in his personal best of +9.27. Close behind him was Amanda Keen (+8.57)

Congratulations must also go to the following runners who achieve an all time personal best:- Mark Bennett, Amanda Keen, Hilary Gauna, Chris Palmer, Alison Cronin and Louise Welsford.

Many thanks to Nell Neale for looking after the tim ing and Alan Watson who not only made sure that runners started at the correct time, but also their finishing order and times were correct.

The next Staggered Jog will take place on Sunday, 18 December 2016 starting at the normal time of 10-00am. Registration will be from 9-30am. Please note that this Sunday is not the last Sunday in the month. This place is occupied by Christmas Day.
