The Langley Park 5k Summer Evening Series opens on Wednesday May 9th at 19:00, with further events on June 6th and July 4th. This is a off-road run through the flat and scenic landscape of Langley Park.

The Finch Coasters Woodland 5 three race series is held around the trails and paths of Crowthorne Woods on Wednesday evenings in May, June and July.  Official course measurement has fixed the distance at 5 and a bit miles. Car parking, toilets, water, prizes. There is a 10 minute walk to the start.

A bit late this announcement, but this Saturday 16th July Patricia, a few others and myself will be going for an off-road long run. Club members are welcome to join.  The plan is to go for a 2-3 hour run, but given it’s an out and back course there is plenty of options to run shorter and the pace will be slow!

Meeting at: Club House 9am (we will car share, so there should not be a problem to get a lift) or
Start running from: Mills End Car Park  (here), approximately 9:30am
