Patricia Fairlamb
Time 3.33.59 (the toughest 20mile ever) I somehow came 1st in my age category and survived the Grizzly.
We had fantastic views along the Jurassic coast, we were so lucky with the weather. There were Hills and more hills, there were deep muddy Bogs and more mud, Pebbles, and more pebbles and water dips, inspirational poetry, A Remembrance tree, Rock and Folk bands, bag pipes, a didgeridoo and Amnesty international.
The friendly marshals and many local supporters handing out jelly babies helped us on our way back to Seaton. All in all a physical and emotional roller coaster of a run.
Well done Patricia, we want pictures!
