Not a too bad turnout seeing that it was a public holiday weekend. There were 19 runners which included 3 guests. Although the weather was warm, but frequent and sometime heavy showers did not help the runners.
Congratulations to Naseem Lister for winning this month’s candesticks. Claire Primett was runner-up but was not just that faster to challenge Naseem even though her run was a personal best.
Congratulations must also go to Louise Welsford and Elaine Shannon who also recorded personal best runs.
Many thanks to Nell Neale for looking after the timing and to Yvette Dumler who dealt with the registration and also recorded the numbers of the runners in finishing order.
The next Staggered Jog will be held on Sunday, 25 September 2016 starting at 10-00a.m. Registration will be from 9-30p.m.
