This is the first race for the new BJ Cross Country Trophy. The  trophy will be presented to the winner of a points competion that rewards finishing position and attendance. 101 points minus BJ finishing position (e.g. 100 for 1st BJ, 99 for 2nd, etc). 50 points for attendance without finishing.

Moving from the end of the season to the start this year, the run at Mad Bess Wood is straightforward, circuit a small grassy area followed by three laps on well maintained woodland trails.

Allow for a walk to the start. Please use free car parks.

Register at the BJ flag near the start from 10:30. Nothing to pay, entry fee paid by your club.

Please wear club shirts.

Note: Postcode is the Lido off Ducks Hill Road.
