Beginners & Improvers
We run regular Beginners & Improvers Courses where you can go from barely running at all to a continuous run of 5km in the space of only eight weeks. They are also suitable for people looking to return to running after an extended break.
Participants should have a reasonable level of general fitness and must be willing to commit to jog sessions on two days each week in addition to the weekly coaching evenings.
The aim is to enable all students to be able to run 5km without stopping by the end of the course through a structured walk and jog plan. A certificate and medal will be awarded on completion.
