   i was just having a look at my old club and came across the past times group photo, i am the one behind Putel Day and next to Hugh Bergstrom. it was good to see we are not forgotten. in my time i was the cross country captain and ran in a 24hr relay, did the hay on wye to kington fell race, london marathon etc and enjoyed them all. i wish you all health and good running.

     So many names coming back to my mind Steve. We joined as a family in the 80s and had a wonderful time. Don and Elaine, Sooty, Dave Jarvis, the Wilsons etc etc. Wherever they all are, I hope they are keeping well and fit 🤗 🏃‍♀️

         Hey Steve, thanks for that. I did hear about Don … such a great shame. Hope Elaine is doing ok.

         I am in touch with a couple of joggers … the Wilson’s, Jackie Jarvis and Tony Linturn. Afraid I can’t run anymore due to constant Injuries so have had to resort to rowing 🤗🚣
