15 runners turned up to compete in this month’s Staggered Jog. Although weather conditions were good for running, only 3 runners managed to improve their 12mth P.B.
Congratulations to Hayley Swayne for winning this month’s Candlesticks and also for achieving an all-time PB. Similar congratulations go to Andy Bates who also ran an all-time PB.
Helpers last Sunday were scarce, but many thanks for the help received from Marc Bennett and Louise Winter for looking after the registration and timing. Many thanks to Bob Engel for spending his time at the entrance to at the start of the run to ensure all runners could safely cross the road.
The next Staggered Jog will take place om Sunday, 27 August 2017 at the normal time of 10.00am with registration at 9-30am. Hope to see you all there with a few more.
