Everything you need to know for Lord Mayor’s Mile in Burnham Beeches this Friday 22nd June 2012:
- 1 mile club championship race starts 19:00
- Register from 18:00 and walk/jog to the start
- Park in the Dell car park on Hawthorn Lane
- BBQ, finish & registration is at the shelter on Lord Mayor’s Drive
- Start is by the junction of Hawthorn Lane and Bedford Drive
- It’s a social run, bring the family, guests welcome
- Beginner’s course graduates welcome
- Lots of prizes, including for the kids, all awarded on the night. Guests are not eligible for the main trophy prize
- 2 x BBQ, bread, salad, plates, cups etc provided
- Bring your own meat/fish/veg for the BBQ
- Limited supply of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available
- Bring your own drinks & glasses if you’d like so we can make the drinks go further
- Everyone pays £1, running or not, except running guests who pay £2. Kids go free.
- If you’re not running, helpers are needed.
